The KvK has recently implemented a new paid subscription system, charging a large fee for online access to their registry, containing information of organizations. This presents companies with multiple employees that require access a few options:

| Having a shared account with a shared device that is kept at the office. This option has multiple shortcomings, it’s a big hassle to move around a device, it’s impossible to get a code if no one is at the office and the device might break or get lost, causing a significant period of downtime. Using Best Multi-User KVK Access. Best Multi-User KVK Access can register a number and make sure that all the messages this number receives are forwarded to your communication platform (ie Slack or MS Teams) so that your employees can access the KvK website no matter where they are, no matter when the time. Per department
If you have an especially large amount of employees that need access, you can choose to set up an account per department and only forwarding the 2FA code per account to the relevant department.
